Crafted of salts ,magnesium, dried flowers, essential oils and herbs to relax and ground you, while enjoying a hot cup of herbal chamomile or green tea followed by a quick foot massage and hand paraffin treatment that will lead us directly into our 15 min sound healing session. 30 min grounding tea soak Herbal tea (Chamomile or Green) Hot neck towel.
