This gathering is an invitation to shift your relationship with fear, not as something to fix, avoid, or release, but as something to fully see, feel, and walk through. Together, we will explore fear as a sacred doorway into surrender, presence, and personal sovereignty.

Each facilitator will guide you through a different layer of your being, creating a powerful mind–body–soul experience:

Christina will begin with the mind, exploring the stories fear creates and how the reticular activating system filters your reality. Through a guided activation, you’ll be invited to move beyond mental loops and reconnect with your inner knowing.
