The Awakening - Mens Group
Creating a space for uncensored discussions embracing our awakenings,
-Demystifying our spiritual journey.
-Exploring the importance of balance- masculine/feminine, work/life, mental/physical, etc. with a focus on restoring the divine masculine for you.
Facilitated by Roy Colver
Roy has realized the benefits of yoga for over 15 years and became a certified yoga instructor (Korean-based) in 2018. Plus, a Reiki Master Teacher in 2021 and wellness & nutrition coaching for decades. Roy is a Marine – Desert Shield/Storm veteran, retired Business Risk Analyst, and fitness enthusiast. He was introduced to spirituality, outside the church, by his dad and stepmother in the 1980’s ebbing and flowing with the times, peeling back layers of self along the journey. It is a practice, and the “work” continues today.

Twice Monthly: Every 2nd Wednesday and 4th Thursday with the exception of the 1st gathering on Monday, August 7, 2023
Doors open at 6:00 pm - come and mingle for a bit; the group starts promptly at 6:30 pm and ends at 8:00 pm.
-No one will be turned away for inability to pay.
