Summoning the Light - A Mini Retreat

In January, we begin to come out of the darkness. Like the bear, our hibernation is not complete but perhaps a time for inviting the dreams we are pondering. Just as Mother Earth has stilled herself under a blanket of snow and is quietly and magically renewing underneath, we can source those same forces of introspection and renewal. It can be a time to re-ignite our bodies and inspire our minds and spirits as we see more light and feel the freshness of a new year. 

This is a day to reflect and begin a new cycle of growth, embracing your divine light. Within a sacred setting and community, you will experience shamanic journeying, guided meditation, creativity,  journaling, group sharing, ceremony, and prayer.

Bring a sack lunch or heavy snack, a water bottle, and a journal. (There will not be enough time to leave the building to get lunch.)
