7-9 pm; doors open at 6:30 pm: we start promptly at 7:00 pm

The energy of Spring brings exciting new thoughts, ideas, and new beginnings. Coming

out of dormancy from winter, we shift our energy into creating a rebirth for our innate

gifts and full expression of who we are. Ceremony and drumming provide a magical

experience that can foster our abilities to plant these new seeds of rebirth. 

Join us in community to honor the season of spring, a time of inspiration and hope! 

- Spring Equinox Celebration

Chris Moses. Shamanic Practitioner and Ceremonialist will lead us in a celebration of the season and a powerful drum circle. Bring a drum or rattle if you have one; extras are provided.

- Cacao Ceremony

Christina Hladnik, Certified Cacao Ceremonialist, will lead us in a powerful heart-opening ceremony. (you do not have to partake in the cacao to be a part of this heart-opening ceremony.)

Please note the following tips for a more comfortable experience:

Chairs will be provided, but you are more than welcome and encouraged to bring your own sitting poof or yoga mat if you prefer sitting on the floor or lying down for the meditative portion of our evening.

• Please make sure you bring water for yourself to consume throughout the evening.
• Please dress comfortably; we suggest layers that can easily be removed or added.
• We suggest eating a light meal a few hours before the event and not coming in with a full tummy.  

After consuming cacao, we suggest grounding foods, such as rice, beans, meats, cheeses,  or potatoes, when you get home.

You will not be required to consume Cacao in order to be a part of this ceremony and circle. We respect the choices of each individual person and know you will receive what is meant for you regardless of your consumption of cacao.

Disclaimer: MAOI based anti-depressants and SSRI's  are contraindicated with the tyramine in chocolate, so a larger dose of  cacao is not recommended. Anyone on MAOI's or SSRI's, we highly suggest consulting with your doctor and/or pharmacist regarding higher doses of cacao. Anyone with a serious heart condition, it is not recommended you take larger doses of ceremonial cacao without first consulting with your doctor.
