As seasons shift, our bodies also change. Emotions shift, our world becomes lighter, and
the energy of the sun becomes stronger. Longer days welcome more light, and our
moods and energies shift. Sound can help to reharmonize the body, bringing us back to
a state of balance, and help us adjust to this change. As we shift from the deep earth
energy of Taurus into airy Gemini, life becomes lighter with more social interactions,
anticipation, and excitement for new experiences. Trees and flowers grace our
