Join us for an evening of embodied movement, connection, and wild expression. Rise is an invitation to let go of what holds you back and awaken the free, untamed parts of yourself through ecstatic dance and primal movement.
✨Event Flow✨
Opening Circle —Christina will lead you in a guided meditation, shamanic drumming, and intention setting to ground into your body and open your heart.
Embodiment & Ecstatic Dance — Zig will guide you through embodiment exercises to move your body freely to music that calls your wild nature, invites self-acceptance, and taps into primal, earthy energy. This is a judgment-free space — you are welcome exactly as you are.
Closing Circle — Christina will lead you in integration, sharing, and grounding before we part ways-to anchor in all that you experienced.
