About the event
A gentle heart-centered gathering where breath, movement and spirit weave together. In this small circle, we move slowly and intentionally, awakening the body's natural current of life force. Each practice is guided with care, allowing space for grounding, softening and inner listening. Through flowing movements, conscious breath and quiet stillness we restore balance, nourish the nervous system and reconnect to the wisdom of the body. The intimate setting allows for personal guidance, subtle energetic awareness and a deeply supportive container.
Energy Exchange: $12 (or a package of 5 classes for $50)
When: Weekly on Wednesdays starting March 4th
