About the event
We will spend 4 hours in a community of like-minded individuals, sharing a process to open a channel to your creative self. This will be an intimate gathering to create a safe space to express your creativity. Limited to 10 participants.
Virginia "Ginger" Adams starts with a powerful guided meditation to raise the frequency in the room, and then Christina Hladnik moves into and leads you through the process of creating your Energy Reflection Painting.
Wink Wink - Taking the process too seriously kills the joy and the opportunity for spontaneous expression! Give yourself permission, a creative license, so to speak, to make something that links you directly to your soul. We encourage you to loosen up and be spontaneous with the materials and techniques.
What to Bring: (All art supplies are provided)
- Your journal and a pen - you may want to jot down notes to yourself about the process, etc.
- A substantial snack or lunch (you will not have time to go out to eat)
- A water bottle
- Wear comfortable clothing you wouldn't mind getting paint on
