Full Moon-Full Heart: Somatic Dance Party

Embark on a soulful journey of self-discovery and inner child healing at our "Full Moon-Full Heart" somatic dance party. Illuminate the dance floor under the Full Snow moon as we move and groove to tunes that resonate with the healing energy within. Wear your most playful attire, reconnect with your inner child, and dance away the layers that no longer serve you. Join us in this sacred space where movement becomes a pathway to healing, and together, we'll welcome the new year with a renewed spirit and joyous heart.

What to Expect:

-Upon arrival, Christina will lead us in a sacred ceremony and open up our evening with smudging using Palo Santo and drumming

-We will pull Oracle cards to set our intentions and write down those things that we want to release in 2024

-Liz (DJ Pumpkin Spice) will supply upbeat tunes as we use somatic dance practices to shake off and release those thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that we no longer want to bring with us into 2024

-We will provide a safe container for you to freely express yourself through movement

-We will close the evening with a group share to anchor in what we let go of and learned about ourselves 

About Your Facilitators:

I am an Intuitive Artist, Reconnective Healing Practitioner,  Inner Child Healing Specialist, and Self-Love Coach. I am passionate about reminding others of their own innate magnificence and strive to guide others on how to reconnect to their inner child, where I know our true joy lies. Through raw vulnerability, creativity, and sharing of my own personal healing journey, I continue to inspire millions worldwide on my social media platforms. I am on a mission to remind YOU of YOUR magnificence and joy.

Liz Vergin 

Hey, I'm Liz, also known as DJ Pumpkin Spice. My DJ persona was born out of a need to help out my kid's elementary school's Fun Run one year when we didn't have a DJ. I had an iPod, some speakers, and a sick playlist  (that I had to clean up for the K-4th graders), and through that, DJ  Pumpkin Spice was created. Throughout my life, music has provided a  space of expression, healing, and safety for me and as I grew into more frequent gigs as a DJ, I saw how it has a similar impact on the world around us. I love to entertain a room, and I also love letting loose and dancing the day or night away, whether it's at a gig or in my own home with my family. Healing together through music is pure magic!
