From the Dance of the Conscious Mind to the Calling of the Heart

Our mind will take us on a rollercoaster ride yet our Heart is patiently waiting to be heard. How do we

still the mind so that we can listen to the voice of our Heart? What does it even mean to listen to your

Heart?

In this experiential workshop, you will uncover the existing thought patterns that occupy your mind,

therefore directing your life, and then explore what it means to listen to the voice of your Heart which

can open you up to a whole new way of being.

How are your thought patterns affecting your current life experience? Do you sometimes feel caught in

a loop? Does your mind stay so busy that the voice of your Higher Self gets drowned out? Do you have

the sensation of feeling stuck yet knowing there has got to be a better way to operate?

What would it be like to access a higher form of thought? How would having this access impact your

experience of life? Or maybe you have an awareness of your Higher Self, your Divine Self, and you are

not really sure how to access it.

The voice of the Heart, this voice coming from your inner sanctuary, wants to be heard. Let us explore

together the current perceptions of your personality self and then learn how to shift to see through the

eyes of your Divine Self.
