Fall Equinox Sound Healing & Cacao Ceremony

The Fall Equinox signifies a time for us to begin to slow down and move into a space of allowing ourselves to reflect on our "harvest" and all that we have in our lives. This is the perfect time to shift your consciousness to that of gratitude and awe for all that you have accomplished or let go of in the previous months. 

The Teaching Essence of the plant medicine of Cacao allows us to create an opportunity to move into our heart space and experience a deeper connection with self and the world around us. For centuries,  Indigenous people have used Cacao, the teaching plant, to open their heart chakra and connect more deeply and fully to the earth, their community, and their inner child.

Sound Healing will calm your mind, body, and spirit, leaving you feeling reconnected to yourself.

Angel Intuitively and skillfully plays a variation of High Vibrational instruments, including but not limited to crystal singing bowls, chimes, rain sticks, and drumming.

These instruments will guide you into a deep and relaxed meditative state. Promoting

• Stress Reduction
• Better Sleep Patterns
• Creativity
• Heightened Self-Awareness

Angel provides zero gravity, chairs, a blanket, and a mask for each individual guest based on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

If you prefer to lie on the ground, please bring a yoga mat for yourself.

Please feel free to bring your own drum or rattle to use. There will be an oppurtunity to participate in a group sound healing during this event. 

You do not have to consume Cacao to enjoy the experience or benefits of this Ceremony.

Please note the following tips for a more comfortable experience:

*Please make sure you bring water for yourself to consume throughout the evening.

*Please dress comfortably; we suggest layers that can easily be removed or added.

*We suggest eating a light meal a few hours before the event and not coming in with a full tummy.

*After consuming cacao, we suggest grounding foods, such as rice, beans, meats, cheeses,  or potatoes, when you get home.

About Your Facilitators:

Christina Hladnik is an Intuitive Artist, Reconnective Healing Practitioner, Inner Child Healing Specialist, Certified Cacao Ceremonialist and Self-Love Coach. She is passionate about reminding others of their own innate magnificence and strives to guide others on how to reconnect to their inner child, where she believes our true joy lies. Through her raw vulnerability, creativity, and in sharing of her own personal healing journey, she has inspired millions worldwide on her social media platforms. Christina is on a mission to remind YOU of YOUR magnificence and joy.

Angel Lynn is a certified esthetician and certified in Sound Healing and Vibrational Sound Therapy. She has been in the beauty industry for most of 32 years. In 2020 she received certification for Sound Healing, and in 2023 received her certification for Vibrational Sound Therapy. Her love for providing a safe space for her clients to let go, is deeply felt when attending one of her sound healings. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and gifts with others as she helps to facilitate and guide them to their own inner knowing of peace and healing, 

Disclaimer:  MAOI based anti-depressants and SSRI's are contraindicated with the  tyramine in chocolate, so a larger dose of cacao is not recommended.  Anyone on MAOI's or SSRI's, we highly suggest consulting with your  doctor and/or pharmacist regarding higher doses of cacao. Anyone with a  serious heart condition, it is not recommended you take larger doses of  ceremonial cacao without first consulting with your doctor.
