As winter slowly begins to loosen its grip, the light returns, subtly at first, almost imperceptibly, yet undeniably present. The days stretch longer, the sun lingers a little more, and something within us begins to stir. This gathering is an invitation to feel into that returning light, not just in the sky, but within your own heart.
What to Expect

We begin by opening sacred space and sharing ceremonial-grade cacao together. Guided gently inward, you’ll be invited to connect with your heart space, noticing what feels ready to open, soften, or awaken as the light returns. Cacao is a gentle and ancient heart-opening plant medicine, supporting us in softening out of the busyness of the mind and into the wisdom of the heart.
