Please join the Women's Creative Circle, Embrace Your Creative Soul, where we will share our fears, self-doubt, and anxiety around our Creative BE-ing. Together, we will discover and celebrate our innate creative gifts and unlearn negative conditioning around spending time creating art (and the myths around good art vs bad art - here's a hint: there is no such thing). We will obliterate negative self-talk about our art,  and above all, we will build confidence in ourselves through focusing on the PROCESS of creating and NOT the outcome.

In this creative journey,  we will

• invite our creative selves to show up in vulnerability
• Witness each other and encourage each other to keep going.
• We will thank our fears for protecting us and ask them to step aside and allow space for our creative expansion.
• We will hold space for ourselves and each other to celebrate our sacred, creative nature.
• We will build confidence around making art and learn to trust our instincts.

Through a variety of intuitive mixed-media art projects, we will embark on an expedition to discover just how creative we actually are - from playing with different mediums & techniques to witnessing and encouraging each other to keep going - and how to use our creative practice as a tool for grounding, meditation, and self-discovery.

(Covers  3 hours and materials. Most materials are included/provided for each  project; participants, though you may sometimes be asked to bring specific items to  our gathering depending on the project, such as photographs, collage materials, etc.,
