The Sacred Gaze is a 1:1 transformational session centered around the ancient practice of intentional eye gazing. Through sustained presence and heart-centered connection, we invite the mind to soften and the soul to shine through. This is not about performance, or effort, or being “spiritual enough.” It’s about presence. It’s about remembering. It’s about experiencing yourself — and the divine — in a way that words cannot touch. In this session, we’ll move through: -A gentle grounding meditation to open the field -Eye gazing in soft, timed rounds (with support if emotions arise) -Intuitive reflections or energy insights shared throughout -Light Reconnective Healing and shamanic energy work, as your spirit allows -A closing integration practice (visualization, journaling prompt, or heart-centered message) Each session is fully intuitive — some feel pure peace, some experience emotional release, some receive clear soul insights. All outcomes are honored.
