Sacred Ecstatic Dance & Cacao Ceremony: A Dance Journey Honoring Love, Nature, & Self Discovery

Join us in a sacred, non-judgmental space for a healing ecstatic dance journey. You are invited to move freely to dynamic rhythms, connecting mind, body, and spirit. Our journey will begin with a heart opening Cacao Ceremony, an embodiment exercise to center the group, and then gently lead to our ecstatic dance journey. The music will flow in waves with intentional lows and highs, allowing you to surrender to the moment, allowing your bodies to express emotions, release tension, and access deeper layers of joy and healing. We will foster a sense of connection to ourselves, each other as well as the universal energy. The music will consist of tribal, ambient, electronic and organic beats.
